People Operations & Office Specialist (Onsite)Location: Sunnyvale, CA - onsite Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.Compensation: $20 $32/hour (based on experience and qualifications)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented People Operations & Office Specialist to support our growing Sunnyvale team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can effectively balance recruiting coordination, office operations, and administrative support responsibilities.You will play a key role in supporting the hiring process, creating a positive candidate and employee experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is resourceful, hands-on, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & HR SupportSupport recruiting efforts, including:Interview scheduling and coordinationCandidate communication and follow-upResume screening and candidate trackingConducting initial phone screeningsMaintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting recordsCoordinate onsite candidate interviews and visitor logisticsAssist with onboarding and new hire orientationPrepare onboarding materials and maintain employee documentationProvide general HR and administrative support as neededOffice Administration & OperationsServe as the front desk point of contact for visitors, vendors, and deliveriesMaintain a clean, organized, and professional office environmentCoordinate office vendors, facilities requests, and maintenance needsManage office supplies, inventory, mail, and shipmentsSupport incoming and outgoing package handling and shipping coordinationAssist with office organization, inventory tracking, and equipment managementSupport team meetings, company events, and employee engagement activitiesHelp ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient workplace environmentAdministrative SupportMaintain accurate records and documentation for office and operational activitiesAssist with special projects and cross-functional administrative tasksProvide flexible support for evolving team and office needsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred13 years of experience in recruiting coordination, office administration, HR support, or related rolesFamiliarity with recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS)Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work onsite full-time in Sunnyvale, CASelf-motivated, dependable, and proactive with a positive, "can-do" attitudeAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExperience working in a startup or fast-paced technology environmentExperience supporting recruiting, talent acquisition, or people operations initiativesFamiliarity with onboarding processes and HR administrative supportExperience with office operations, workplace coordination, or employee support servicesWhat are the benefits and perks of working at Seyond?A variety of health insurance plans401(k) retirement planPaid time offPaid parental leaveWellness reimbursementSeyond, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
