Job Description
: HR AssistantReports to: HR ManagerEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist HR Manager and provide support.Track and respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and managers.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.Strong interest in HR or previous experience in an HR support role, ideal for someone looking to grow their career in People Operations.Act as a liaison with the benefits Broker and third parties to ensure timely enrollment, changes, and termination of employee benefits, and resolve any issues.Ability to connect with a diverse, high-energy workforce, building relationships across all levels of the company.Assist in maintaining compliance with all applicable HR-related Local, State and Federal laws and reporting requirements.Perform other related duties and HR-related functions as assigned.Job RequirementsDemonstrate resourcefulness and initiative.Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality and exercise good judgment on day-to-day decisions.Ability to prioritize tasks and juggle competing deadlines effectively, remaining calm under pressure.Excellent oral and written communication skills.General knowledge of various employment laws and practices would be advantageous.Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
