Job Type Full Time Schedule Days Pay Depends on Experience Patients Per Day 18-20 Work Location Clinic Job ID 51087 A client with a clinic in East Boston is seeking a motivated, compassionate, and ideally Spanish Speaking Internal medicine physician to join a collaborative, outpatient interdisciplinary practice. Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome to apply. Candidates should value practicing evidence-based medicine and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role involves collaboration with other staff members and leading mid-level providers and nursing staff. Required Qualifications MA medical license as an MD or DO Completion of an approved residency program Board certification in primary care MA DEA certificate before start date CPR certification Responsibilities Provide direct primary care and ambulatory outpatient care to clinic patients Provide in-service training to clinic staff to increase staff awareness and to facilitate better patient care Participate in the development of clinic protocols and procedures to ensure quality medical care Participate in utilization and peer review programs which evaluates the quality of the medical staff and medical services being performed at the clinics Provide supervision and consultation to physician assistants and nurse practitioners Provide consultation services to practitioners by telephone accessibility as necessary About Provider Healthcare Provider Healthcare is a prominent healthcare recruitment firm that places highly qualified and skilled healthcare professionals in excellent employment opportunities across the country.
