Role Description We are seeking a Full Desk Recruiter for a part-time remote position. In this role, you will manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates. The position entails building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, understanding hiring demands, and closing job requisitions effectively. You will also be responsible for developing recruitment strategies and leveraging networking platforms for talent acquisition.
