We pride ourselves on being collaborative, entrepreneurial, and team-oriented — with a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together.What You’ll Do* Serve as the lead internal legal point of contact for commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, financings, land development, and dispositions* Draft and review transaction documents including purchase and sale agreements, amendments, notices, and closing deliverables* Coordinate and analyze due diligence materials including title commitments, surveys, zoning reports, environmental reports, and title exceptions* Manage transaction checklists, critical dates, and closing timelines to ensure deals stay on track* Partner closely with company principals, outside counsel, title companies, lenders, vendors, and municipal agencies* Organize and maintain legal and transactional documentation throughout the life of each projectWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications:* 3+ years of paralegal experience supporting complex commercial real estate transactions* Strong understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development transactions* Experience reviewing and coordinating title, survey, zoning, and environmental due diligence* Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously in a high-volume environment* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Preferred Qualifications:* Paralegal Certificate and/or Bachelor’s degree* Experience supporting land development and entitlement matters* Experience working directly with executives, principals, and outside counselWhy Join Us?* Competitive compensation based on experience* Medical, dental, and vision coverage* 401(k) / retirement plan options* Paid time off and company holidays* Direct access to leadership and meaningful project ownership* Collaborative, team-first culture* Company-sponsored events and traditions that make work enjoyableIf you enjoy the transactional side of commercial real estate and want to be part of a growing organization where your work directly impacts project success, we’d love to connect.
