Reputable, multi-location regional law firm client seeks a motivated Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of two years of relevant experience to join its growing Greenville, SC office. The firm is recognized for its team-oriented culture, strong client partnerships, and practical, solutions-focused legal counsel.This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney who performs well in a fast-moving environment and is interested in helping develop and grow a thriving real estate practice.ResponsibilitiesReview and evaluate preliminary and final title opinionsIdentify title defects, coordinate corrective measures, and resolve related issuesHandle residential real estate closings, including meeting with buyers and sellers for execution of loan and closing documentsDraft and review settlement statements, closing packages, and related transaction documentsCommunicate regularly with clients, lenders, real estate agents, and internal staff throughout the transaction processEnsure compliance with South Carolina real estate regulations and lender guidelinesManage a busy caseload with strong attention to detail and organizationDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients and referral partnersContribute to the continued expansion of the firm's real estate groupQualificationsActive license to practice law in South CarolinaMinimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate mattersPrior experience with title review and real estate closings strongly preferredExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with a teamProficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SoftPro Select is a big plusEnvironmentFast-paced, team-driven office with supportive and collaborative workplace cultureOpportunity to manage files and build direct client relationshipsGrowing office supported by strong administrative infrastructureProfessional development and advancement opportunities, including mentorship
