The successful candidate will be the chief academic and administrative officer, responsible for advancing the institution's national reputation for excellence in scholarship, teaching, and service. This includes providing strategic and operational leadership across all academic, financial, and personnel functions, as well as enhancing the College's standing in a rapidly evolving legal landscape. The Dean will also be tasked with elevating student success, strengthening key performance indicators, and ensuring continuous improvement in response to accreditation standards and market forces. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Law must hold a J.D. and have a distinguished record in scholarship, teaching, service, and professional accomplishment. Leadership experience in legal education is strongly preferred, along with a proven track record in fundraising, strategic and financial management, and community engagement. The role requires a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader committed to academic excellence, student achievement, and the future of legal education. The Dean will be expected to recruit, support, and retain a high-performing faculty and staff, as well as guide major fundraising initiatives to support the College's mission.
