We prioritize technical excellence and cultivate a collaborative environment for independent and team-based work, reflecting our commitment to professional growth and providing forward-thinking solutions to clients.ResponsibilitiesPrograms applications in accordance with programming standards and best practices to meet and exceed customer requirementsCommissions solutions at customer sites (domestic/international travel as needed), troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systemsWorks with most industrial PLC/HMI/SCADA platforms (Siemens, Rockwell, Ignition, etc.)Continuously learns relevant technologies with guidance, gaining knowledge in sales, business development, and project processesSupports system architecture design, performs engineering tasks at all stages, and takes on both leading and supporting rolesMentors and technically advises new team membersConveys deliverables to customers through various communication methods and develops and maintains relationshipsRequirementsMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship now or in the future.Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or related field)Minimum GPA of 3.45-7+ years of relevant experienceProficient in programming, including text-based languages and object-oriented conceptsQuickly learns new technologies, understands complex systems, and builds on established patterns and modelsEfficiently manages multiple projects, works directly with customers, and responds to their needsExperience designing projects in industrial automation systems (e.g. PLCs, Motion Control, Process Control, HMI, SCADA, Robots, Machine Vision, etc.)Interest in working across a variety of industriesExperience leading and/or mentoring technical project teams (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop project proposals25% - 40% travel
