The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance tasks, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants and property owners.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC tasksInspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs or safety concernsRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergenciesRepair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, flooring, and other property componentsMaintain grounds and common areas, including basic landscaping and cleaning dutiesConduct preventative maintenance on building systems and equipmentEnsure properties comply with safety regulations and company standardsKeep accurate records of completed work, supplies, and maintenance schedulesCoordinate with contractors and vendors when specialized repairs are neededMaintain tools, equipment, and inventory of maintenance suppliesRequired Skills & QualificationsPrevious property maintenance or general maintenance experience preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and paintingAbility to troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues efficientlyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksValid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be requiredPreferred QualificationsMaintenance certifications or trade school training xaygatp Experience in apartment, commercial, or facility maintenanceHVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 poundsFrequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, and liftingAbility to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditionsWork EnvironmentResidential apartment communities, commercial buildings, or managed propertiesHow to ApplyInterested candidates should visit The Bradley Group at 2640 Willard Dairy Rd, Suite 104 for more information or to apply.
