The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable database solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and reliability. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree with 7+ years of software development experience.5+ years of hands-on PostgreSQL development and database optimization experience. Proven experience working on large-scale enterprise applications and database modernization projects.Strong full-stack development experience with enterprise applications. Expert-level knowledge of PostgreSQL database architecture, administration concepts, and performance optimization. Proven experience refactoring applications for dedicated database environments.Advanced SQL development skills, including query optimization and performance tuning.Strong understanding of data modeling principles, database design, and normalization techniques.Experience troubleshooting data integration processes and resolving complex database issues.Hands-on experience with application modernization, system architecture, and solution design.Experience conducting technical reviews and producing high-quality technical documentation.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. Role & responsibilities:Design, develop, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL database solutions to support enterprise applications.Analyze and improve database architecture, performance, scalability, and reliability.Refactor and optimize existing applications to effectively leverage dedicated PostgreSQL database environments.Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects.Create and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business and technical requirements.Troubleshoot data integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and database-related application challenges.Participate in application modernization initiatives, including system redesign, migration, and performance enhancement projects.Collaborate with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and database design assessments to ensure adherence to best practices.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, implementation guides, and operational procedures.Provide recommendations for database standards, governance, security, and performance tuning strategies.Please note:We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent applications.
