This role focuses on coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing SAP transactions, and ensuring GMP-compliant material flow. The Supply Chain Sr. Associate will work cross-functionally with logistics, manufacturing, and quality teams to maintain inventory accuracy, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in a regulatedenvironment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage raw material receipt tracking and provide real-time visibility of inventory statusCoordinate inbound shipments, purchase orders, and delivery schedulesDevelop and manage outbound shipment schedules and logistics activitiesMaintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation in compliance with GMP standardsSupport on-site operational strategies with 3PL and cross-functional teamsLead integration activities between SAP and logistics systemsPrepare dashboards, KPIs, and operational reportingParticipate in cross-functional workstreams across supply chain, quality, and manufacturingInvestigate and resolve quality issues such as damages and temperature excursionsResolve shipment discrepancies and ERP exceptionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimizationQualificationsExperience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operationsExperience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments preferredStrong knowledge of GMP and GDP requirementsSAP or ERP system experience requiredExperience managing shipping, receiving, and inventory processesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working with large datasets and tracking systemsStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work onsite in a fast-paced, evolving environmentExperience with Smartsheet, Excel, or reporting tools preferredTop 3 Must Have SkillsGMP and GDP experienceWarehouse or supply chain operations experienceHands-on SAP or ERP transaction experienceDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesManage raw material receipt tracker and inventory visibilityCoordinate inbound and outbound shipment activitiesMaintain GMP-compliant shipping and receiving documentationExecute SAP transactions and manage system updatesSupport warehouse operations and 3PL coordinationResolve operational, quality, and system-related issuesProvide inventory updates and reportingSupport continuous improvement and process enhancementsApply NowReady to support warehouse and supply chain operations in a regulated biotech environment?
