This role requires a motivated professional who can manage multiple priorities, collaborate across teams, and ensure successful outcomes for our partners and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing product supportBuild and maintain strong, collaborative partnerships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersServe as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and transparencyMaintain and prioritize the product backlog to deliver modern, efficient, and high-impact government solutionsLead backlog grooming sessions and facilitate requirements refinement with cross-functional teamsTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and functional specificationsCollaborate with development teams to drive product enhancements and ensure successful implementationDevelop a product vision, roadmap, and functionality in collaboration with partners that can be understood by both technical and non-technical audiencesDevelop and maintain accurate, high-quality product and technical documentationIdentify opportunities to improve the usability, adoption, and long-term sustainability of products Manage stakeholder expectations while executing with integrity, accountability, and attention to detailOversee integration and development activities in coordination with technical teamsDevelop a strong understanding of partner business processes to inform product directionQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groupsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environmentStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teamsSelf-motivated, resourceful, and detail-orientedPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile or Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platformsExperience working with government or public sector projects
