Project Planning Manager (Fort Worth)

The Planning Manager is responsible for leading project planning and scheduling efforts across multiple large-scale capital projects. This role oversees the development and execution of integrated project schedules, while managing a team of planners and ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of planners/schedulers across multiple capital projectsOwn and drive Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) from planning through executionPartner with project leaders to align schedules, resources, and delivery timelinesIdentify risks, manage critical path, and keep projects on trackDeliver forecasting, progress tracking, and executive-level reportingEnsure integration across Primavera (P6/OPC), cost, and SAP systemsRequirements:7–10+ years in project planning/scheduling on large CAPEX projectsProven leadership experience managing planning teamsStrong Primavera P6 / Primavera Cloud expertiseExperience with SAP or similar ERP systemsTrack record owning schedules (not just supporting)
