The Head of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across ReadyToWork. This leader will work closely with Executive Leadership to expand the brand, grow partnerships, and deliver high-quality workforce development solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute ReadyToWork’s strategic and operational plansDrive business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnershipsOversee daily operations, performance metrics, and process improvementLead and develop a high-performing teamEnsure customer satisfaction, compliance, and risk managementQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business growth, or strategyExperience in workforce development, training, or related sectors preferredStrong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skillsThis role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth and impact of a mission-driven workforce development program.
