CPA Licensed Financial Director

A company is looking for a Financial Business Director - Personal Lines Finance. Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop a team for performance management and analysis in the Personal Lines business Provide insights to leadership on performance drivers and necessary actions Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve efficiency and output quality Required Qualifications: Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance, preferably with Personal Lines experience Prior people leadership experience managing and developing team members 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, performance management, or related fields Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively to senior leadership Experience working across teams and influencing partners in a changing environment
