Gibbon offers a comfortable living environment with a mix of small-town charm and essential amenities, providing a great balance for work and life.Qualifications• Valid RN license• Minimum 2 years of experience in stepdown or PCU nursing• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications• Ability to work night shifts and deliver patient-centered care under pressureResponsibilities• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) during night shifts• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes• Maintain accurate and detailed patient recordsSchedule and Hours• 12-hour night shifts• 36 hours guaranteed per weekBenefits• Contract position with stable guaranteed hours• Opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment
