Workday Adaptive Planning/Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Atlanta, Charlotte, Winston Salem, Greensboro, NC, Richmond, Orlando – Remote till its contract, 100% onsite post conversionBusiness Initiative/Purpose: To support the 2027 Business Requirements for Strategic Degree: Masters or Equivalent.Role Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services.Develop REST APIs and microservices.Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.Participate in application architecture and design discussions.Develop and support integrations between enterprise and maintain data pipelines and interfaces.Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.Assist with cloud modernization and automation initiativesSupport HR technology platforms including Workday, Adaptive Planning, payroll, talent, and workforce management and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Must Have Skills/Prior Experiences:5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.Strong proficiency in Web applications, Java,.NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.Strong SQL and database development skills.Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.Cloud experience (Azure or AWS).Preferred Skills:Experience with enterprise SaaS with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar with HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce of data integration platforms and ETL processes.Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.Plus/Nice to Have Skills/Prior Experiences:Experience using Rally Agile tool.Ability to adapt and flexible for learning new tools/languages.EEO \"Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.\"
