Project Manager

Project Manager | Commercial Construction | Atlanta, GA |A growing commercial construction firm is a Project Manager to join its team and help lead a variety of projects across office, education, healthcare, retail/restaurant, and specialty markets.This role will oversee projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, subcontractor coordination, pay applications, change orders, and quality control.Responsibilities include:Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost projectionsPrepare and maintain schedules to keep projects on trackOversee RFIs, submittals, meeting agendas, and project documentationReview pay applications, invoices, and change order requestsCoordinate with subcontractors and vendors throughout the projectMonitor quality control and safety on siteSupport buyout efforts and assist with bidding new work as neededQualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsAbility to read blueprints and specificationsExperience with budgeting, cost tracking, and project forecastingStrong time management and decision-making abilityProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project requiredExperience with Procore, Timberline Project Management, and Timberline Estimating preferredIf you're in the Georgia are, or open to relocation.
