Job DescriptionCommercial Title Officer - Arizona/REMOTELocation: ArizonaEmployment Type: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Title Officer to join an Arizona team. This role is responsible for examining, preparing, and reviewing commercial title files while working closely with Escrow Officers, surveyors, and underwriters to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service throughout the transaction process.Key ResponsibilitiesExamine and service commercial title files, including reviewing objection letters and preparing responsesPrepare proforma policies and proforma endorsementsCommunicate effectively with Escrow Officers to support commercial transactionsReview surveys and coordinate directly with Surveyors as neededReview recordings and documentation to ensure accuracy and complianceReview, finalize, and distribute title policiesAttend underwriting seminars and meetings as appropriateCommunicate underwriting issues with underwriters and maintain positive working relationshipsStay current on underwriting guidelines, statutes, and procedural changes, and communicate updates internallyCreate and update exceptions and requirements as underwriting procedures or statutes changeQualifications & RequirementsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsMust have extensive Arizona Transaction experience though you need not be based in AZExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with title production software preferredProficiency in Microsoft Word and OutlookCommercial title experience strongly preferred
