Tower Crane Operations Foreman / A&D Foreman / Lead Erector Diamondback Hoist & Rigging is seeking an experienced Tower Crane Foreman to lead assembly, dismantle, climbing, and maintenance operations throughout Florida.RequirementsMinimum 10 years tower crane experience Proven experience leading assembly and dismantle crews Experience with Liebherr tower cranes strongly preferred Ability to read erection drawings and manufacturer documentation Strong rigging knowledge Experience coordinating with project management, customers, and field crews Valid driver's license Willingness to travel PreferredLiebherr factory training Experience with EC-H, HC, EC-B, and luffing jib cranes OSHA certifications This Position Is NOTA laborer position An apprentice position A crane operator position -         We are seeking a proven leader capable of independently directing tower crane operations and supervising field personnel.CompensationTop pay for qualified candidates Travel compensation Benefits package Performance incentives
