Rotating call on nights, weekends and holidays.**Unit description** :+ Cross training between preop and phase 2**Job Description:**+ Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.+ Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.+ Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.+ Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.+ Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.**Education:**- Associate's of Nursing [Required]- Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]**Work Experience:**- 1+ acute care hospital setting [Preferred]**Additional Information:** Additional Licensure or certification requirements may apply depending on the specific unit or state in which this position is located.
