Market VP of Patient Safety

Hospital system looking to bring on Market VP Patient Safety! Bonus Incentive Program and Relocation!Responsible for managing and coordinating patient safety and risk management initiatives in order to support the market strategic plan and goals and meet hospital quality objectives and standards. Position coordinates with the Market VP Quality and the Market Chief Medical Officer. Responsible for ensuring facility compliance with The Joint Commission, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conditions of Participation, other standards, rules and regulations. Market VP Reports to Market CMO 9 FTEs Overseeing Market Patient Safety Initiatives. Building relationships and expertise within the division.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a clinically related field preferrable RNMasters Degree MHA, MBA, MSN, or related field 4+ years of recent experience in Leadership in a clinical and quality improvement setting in an Acute Care Hospital ; Management experience;Previous experience within a multi facility environment Certified Professional in-Patient Safety (CPPS)Specific experience with Patient Safety is required. Experience leading a multi-site team and initiatives. Being able to communicate and win trust of an executive team
