Role Description The Risk Management and Patient Safety Leader will play a pivotal role in overseeing risk management initiatives and ensuring patient safety across the hospital. Responsibilities include identifying and mitigating potential risks, conducting thorough root cause analyses, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing patient safety strategies. Collaboration with clinical teams, quality assurance, and other departments will be a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time on-site position located in Los Angeles, CA. Qualifications Proficiency in Risk Management processes such as risk assessment, mitigation planning, and continuous monitoringStrong expertise in Patient Safety protocols, including incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective action developmentKnowledge of healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and accreditation requirementsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsExperience in staff training, team collaboration, and stakeholder engagementProficiency in analyzing data and implementing evidence-based interventionsBachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications in Risk Management or Patient Safety is preferredPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred
