Responsibilities include programming CNC machines, setting up and operating equipment, interpreting technical blueprints, and ensuring precision and efficiency in machined parts. Additional duties include performing regular machine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring quality standards are met through regular inspection of final products. Qualifications Proficiency in CNC programming, machine setup, and operation, including familiarity with G-code and M-codeAbility to read and interpret technical blueprints, specifications, and CAD drawingsStrong skills in measurement tools, quality assurance, and process improvementsExperience in troubleshooting, maintaining machinery, and adhering to safety protocolsAttention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skillsAbility to work in an on-site team environment and meet production deadlinesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certifications in CNC programming and machining preferredPrior experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is a plus
