Senior Manager, Global Payroll Systems

A professional services organization is seeking a Senior Payroll Systems Manager to oversee payroll operations, reporting, and HRIS/payroll system functionality across a multi-state environment.This role will focus on payroll process improvement, systems optimization, automation, reporting accuracy, and compliance. The position will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to streamline payroll workflows and improve operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesManage payroll systems, integrations, and reporting functionalityImprove payroll workflows, controls, and automation processesSupport payroll reconciliations, audits, and year-end reportingPartner with cross-functional teams on system enhancements and issue resolutionEnsure payroll compliance across multiple jurisdictionsAssist with onboarding, offboarding, reimbursements, overtime, and payroll adjustmentsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field8+ years of payroll operations and systems experienceStrong knowledge of payroll reporting, controls, and HRIS/payroll platformsExperience with payroll process improvements and systems implementationsPreferredExperience within professional services or corporate environmentsExposure to enterprise payroll and HRIS platformsCompensation: $175,000-190,000Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
