This role supports key HR functions for the R&D division including policies and procedures, onboarding, maintaining employee records, employment verifications, employee relations, engagement initiatives, communications, compliance, and reporting.ResponsibilitiesMaintain the utmost confidentiality regarding employee records and all sensitive information in which this position comes in contact.Coordinate new hire orientation, tuition reimbursement and separations.Input employee changes into Paylocity and verify changes made by other HR team members.Assist R&D employees with company benefits, policies and procedures questions.Assist in maintaining I-9 documentation and ensuring audit readiness.Generate basic HR and compliance reports as requested.Ensure all required regulatory workplace posters and employment law notices are current and properly displayed at the worksite.Respond to employment verification requests in a timely and professional manner.Coordinate town hall meetings and catering for HR eventsSubmit expense reports in the platform.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Perform other job-related duties as assignedSkills/RequirementsMinimum of 3- 5 years of HR experienceStrong knowledge of HR laws and regulationsStrong knowledge and skills in all MS Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience with Paylocity, Jobvite Applicant Tracking System and/or other HR systems is preferredExceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail and emphasis on quality, time management and follow-through with tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail and emphasis on quality, time management and follow-through with tight deadlinesNote: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check*Posted positions are not open to third party recruiters and unsolicited resume submissions will be considered free referrals.AGS is an equal opportunity employer.
