What we expect from youWhat We're Looking For • Strong interpersonal skills-you treat customers and coworkers respectfully. • Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed. • Ability to take direction well and are eager to learn new skills. • Willing to go the extra mile to fix problems and make things right. • The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift. • Occasional lifting of 25-50 lbs is required. • Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer. • Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines. • Must be age 16 or older • Reliable transportation to and from work
