Assistant Showroom Manager

OverviewThe Assistant Showroom Manager will assist the showroom manager with maintaining a best in class Sales and Showroom environment. They will be responsible for the managing of multiple sample collections. They will personify highest standards around organization, and communication internally and externally. This individual will possess high interpersonal and organization skills.Responsibilities Assist with maintaining the NY Office Showroom Calendar Manage the NY SPARC (Showroom Sample) closets Assist with showroom set-up and breakdown during Domestic/International Market Process salesman request after each market. Maintain Anchors, Carryovers and Replen for each season according to line list and merchandising guidelines Maintain Sample Sale box and Warehouse log Assist with Market Appointment set-up Assist with and Liaison with Facilities team on necessary building needs Track and coordinate samples to Sales Field team and tradeshows.
