Position OverviewWe are seeking a polished, service-driven Sales Lead to support the daily operations of our NYC flagship luxury boutique. This role is ideal for a hospitality-minded retail leader who is passionate about elevated client experiences, team development, and luxury beauty and wellness.The Sales Lead partners closely with the Sales Manager to ensure exceptional client service, operational excellence, and strong business performance while helping cultivate a refined and welcoming boutique environment.
