Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: As an Industrial Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for ensuring all equipment and machinery is in good working condition. Also responsible for making repairs and performing preventative maintenance while following all company policies & processes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on the machinery and building, as needed. Must know and understand the emergency procedures in the event of equipment failure. Repair equipment as needed due to breakdowns. Responsible for overseeing maintenance of the facility and all equipment. Must work closely with production to ensure that all product is produced in a timely manner with the highest food safety and quality standards. Proficient in electrical and mechanical work and troubleshooting. bility to troubleshoot all motor controls such as HMI's and PLC's. bility to diagnose automation components such as HMI, PLCs, I/O, VFDs. Be able to identify communication systems on automation devices. bility to do basic programming of PLC's. bility to design and implement ideas and innovations to successful projects to increase equipment efficacy, safety, and reliability. Sanitary welding a plus but not a requirement. Required Skills, Experience and Certifications: High School Diploma or (GED). Technical or vocational degree in related fields and bakery experience is strongly preferred and/or a combination of education and relevant experience 3-5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
