The role involves site execution, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion as per project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute CFS systems (Fire Alarm, Detection & Suppression systems) for Data Centre projectsSite supervision, installation monitoring, testing & commissioning activitiesCoordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with NFPA/local fire norms and project specificationsManage BOQ execution, material inspection, and site documentationMonitor project progress, quality, and safety at siteSupport handover, snag closure, and as-built documentationSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of Fire Alarm, Suppression (VESDA, FM200/Novec), Hydrant & Sprinkler systemsKnowledge of Data Centre standards and critical environmentsFamiliar with NFPA codes and local fire regulationsGood coordination, documentation, and communication skillsQualification & ExperienceDiploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering4-8 years of experience in CFS projects (Data Centre experience preferred)Willingness to work on contractual payroll and project-based locationsContract Details* Payroll: Contractual / Third-party* Contract renewal: Based on project requirement & performance
