This role oversees multi-disciplinary design efforts including site development, utility infrastructure, and facility construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital infrastructure projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Job Duties • Lead multi-disciplinary engineering design projects for data center and mission-critical facilities.Define project scope, schedule, and budget while serving as primary client liaison.Assemble and manage project teams, aligning resources with project objectives.Monitor project financials, manage budgets, and ensure cost control.Implement quality management plans and ensure compliance with standards and safety requirements.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Facilitate regular client and internal coordination meetings.Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting.Coordinate contract requirements, billing, and project administration.Build strong client relationships and support future business opportunities.Mentor team members on project management best practices.Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; associate degree with equivalent experience considered.6+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.2+ years of project management experience with increasing responsibility.Strong knowledge of engineering design processes, contracts, financials, and operations.Proven ability to deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and within budget.Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and organizational skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams and stakeholders.
