Job Position: Java ArchitectJob location: Pittsburgh PADuration: Full timeJob Description:-Java Ecosystem: Deep expertise in core Java, Java EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA, and RESTful APIs.Architecture Patterns: Proven experience designing microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders.Roles & Responsibilities:System Design: Design high-level and low-level architectural blueprints for Java-based applications, ensuring scalability, high availability, and security.Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and conduct design and code reviews.Technology Evaluation: Research emerging technologies, build proof-of-concepts, and evaluate their applicability to business goals.Integration & Migration: Develop strategies to integrate Java systems with external APIs, databases, or legacy systems, as well as cloud migration.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, QA, DevOps, and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutionsJob Position: Java Technical LeadJob location: Pittsburgh PADuration: Full timeJob Description:-Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:Core Languages: Deep expertise in Java (often Java 11/17/21+ depending on the organization).Frameworks: Extensive experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring MVC) and Hibernate.Databases & Integration: Strong knowledge of SQL, messaging systems (e.g., Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ), and ETL workflows.Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Roles & Responsibilities:Architecture & Design: Define system architecture, design microservices, and ensure scalability and high performance of back-end systems. Hands-On Development: Write complex code, build Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and develop/maintain RESTful APIs. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide software engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce engineering best practices (e.g., TDD/BDD).
