Responsibilities may include assisting with Discord engagement, helping develop trading-related content, supporting marketing initiatives, and researching trends within futures markets and prop firms.This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in a real trading-focused environment while building skills in communication, digital growth, and analytical thinking.⸻Qualifications • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an online team environment • Interest in trading, financial markets, or entrepreneurship • Willingness to learn futures trading concepts and prop firm models • Ability to contribute to content ideas, community engagement, or growth initiatives • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time in a remote setting • Basic familiarity with platforms like Discord, Google Docs, or social media • Analytical mindset and curiosity about markets and strategyPrior experience in trading, content creation, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
