Summary
Kashmer Interactive, LLC is seeking an experienced (seasoned) Digital Account Manager. This position is responsible for the creation and execution of digital strategies involving the following digital channels: SEO, Ai Search, Paid Ads (Google Ads / Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (LinkedIn), Social Media Management, etc.. This position requires direct client communication: face to face, phone and email. This position is responsible for the Growth of each client managed, which includes website traffic, leads and revenue growth. The Account Manager will actively create, manage and complete the work needed to achieve digital results, leveraging the Ki team to help manage and complete work.
This position requires a minimum of 3 years managing clients. This position requires an extensive knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, Paid Social, Social Media, Google Analytics, Content Marketing and other areas of related internet marketing. This position also requires first hand experience in the implementation of SEO tactics.
Qualifications
3+ years of digital marketing experience required
3+ years of client management experience required
Experience with Paid Ads (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Etc.), Paid Social, SMM
Degree or equivalent experience required
The ability to communicate well verbally and written (internally and externally)
The ability to organize and manage face to face & phone meetings with clients

The ability to use Microsoft products, including Excel and Word
Must have a working knowledge of WordPress and can make changes
The ability to create and execute on link building strategies to secure inbound links
The ability to detect technical digital marketing problems utilizing tools and html analysis
Position Responsibilities & Duties
Occasional travel to visit clients (this is not common, but does happen from time to time)
Ability to create, present and implement strong digital strategies
Creation and implementation of on-site digital campaign tactics
Creation and management of paid search / paid social campaigns
Creation and implementation of content & site publishing efforts
The ability to multi-task and manage a workload of tasks with expected due dates
To provide increases in organic website traffic as well as increases in leads / revenues
Ability to assign & manage task work on Ki staff members (workflow management)

Summary
Kashmer Interactive is seeking a paid search specialist with at least 3 years of experience in all aspects of paid search. This position will also be the front lines on our Google Ads / Microsoft Ads paid search engagements. You’ll be in charge of setting up and managing google ads / microsoft ads campaigns as well as managing and optimizing for performance. This position will be the front lines on our paid social engagements and client campaign(s) specific to paid media. You’ll be in charge of setting up, integrating, building out and running paid social campaigns. This position is specific to paid ads, and not the creation of posts (facebook posting, etc.).
The position requires detailed experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook ads, Instagram ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. You must have multiple years of experience managing active google ads campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of direct experience managing paid ads (SEM) campaigns / accounts: Google Ads (key), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Etc.
Indepth Experience with Google Merchant Center is required
Demonstrated Examples of past account(s), campaign(s), spends, performance
Includes specific spend budget examples, performance outputs, performance to goal, etc.

Hands on experience with analytics programs: Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Looker Studio, Etc.
Detailed analytics tracking setup required: utm tracking, pixel tracking, platform to website tracking, tag manager

Assessing / Analyzing campaign(s) performance on a regular basis
Making recommendations and completing actionable changes to improve campaign performance towards goal
Present campaign / channel data through custom reporting on a monthly / regular basis Or as needed based on the client (Account Manager)
Develop / maintain paid ads accounts that drives results specific to those objectives / goals set
Manage multiple projects at once, leveraging the agency’s internal CRM system

At Kashmer Interactive, the content marketing specialist role is an important role for clients and the agency. This role includes the management of written content for a wide range of clients. Management of content includes engaging with our writers / vendors and contractors. It also includes the management of client content calendars, outlines & deadlines as well as placement of content utilizing a range of website backend content management systems. Because we’re an SEO focused digital marketing agency, our content marketing specialist needs to understand SEO and SEM and how that impacts content. The role also includes a core focus on communication, with the ability to communicate and engage with bloggers, publishers, writers, contract platforms and online content channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, journalism (or similar track)
Experience with managing projects (project management)
