This role focuses on managing multiple programs across several states, driving enrollment, overseeing performance, and collaborating closely with cross‑functional internal teams and external customers.This is a highly collaborative, business‑focused role requiring strong program management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills. Manage 2–3 demand response programs across multiple statesOversee customer enrollment and account management enablementLead program forecasting, budgeting, and performance trackingPrepare program reports, regulatory filings, and presentationsCoordinate billing processes, waivers, customer complaints, and year‑end closeoutSupport enrollment planning and communicate program rules and updatesSeasonal focus areas: Q1: Planning, filings, program performance reportingQ2: Enrollment push, webinars, forecasting, readiness planningQ3: Event season support, billing setup, performance monitoringQ4: Program wrap‑up, final billing, year‑end reporting, next‑cycle planning Must Have Skills:Program management experience (7+ years preferred)Forecasting and budgeting expertiseStrong stakeholder collaboration and cross‑functional communicationAdvanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilitiesExperience working in regulated industries (utilities strongly preferred but not required)
