We combine deep expertise in BIM, data analytics, and field integration to enable the world’s most advanced data center programs.Our work connects design intent to field execution through model-based workflows, structured data, and collaborative cloud environments that promote transparency and efficiency from design through turnover.Role OverviewWe are seeking a BIM / VDC Designer with strong Revit modeling capabilities to support early-stage design, detailed modeling, and data-rich project delivery workflows. This role requires hands-on experience building Revit models, performing massing and conceptual studies, and developing robust Revit families. The ideal candidate combines design awareness with technical BIM expertise and an understanding of structured model data.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and develop Revit models from concept through detailed design, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project standardsPerform massing studies and conceptual modeling to support early design decision-making and feasibility analysisCreate, modify, and manage Revit families, including parametric components and standardized content librariesImplement and manage parameter structures and metadata tagging within models to support data-driven workflowsCollaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to translate design intent into coordinated BIM modelsConduct QA/QC of models, including geometry, parameters, and documentation outputsSupport model coordination and integration across disciplinesAssist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and best practicesContribute to workflow improvements using tools such as Dynamo where applicableRequired QualificationsStrong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including:Model creation and documentationMassing and conceptual modelingRevit family creation (parametric families, nested families, shared parameters)Solid understanding of BIM and VDC workflows and principlesExperience working with Revit parameters and structured data within modelsAbility to interpret design intent from drawings, sketches, or verbal directionStrong attention to detail and model organizationPreferred QualificationsExperience with Dynamo for Revit or other automation toolsFamiliarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / Autodesk FormaExperience supporting data-driven workflows, quantity extraction, or cost modelingBackground in data center, infrastructure, or large-scale commercial projectsExposure to coordination tools such as NavisworksBenefitsCompetitive compensation with employer-subsidized healthcare, vision, and dental insurance.
