This is an exciting opportunity to lead implementation of curriculum and ensure our children receive the highest quality of early childhood education.Benefits include 401(k), bonus based on performance, employee discounts, paid time off, training & development, and tuition assistance.Responsibilities include implementing and assessing curriculum frameworks that align with early childhood education standards, collaborating with educators to create engaging and effective lesson plans, conducting regular training sessions for staff, monitoring and evaluating student progress, staying current with educational trends, facilitating communication between parents and educators, leading curriculum review committees, supporting the integration of technology into the curriculum, and maintaining child files and upholding licensing and TLE Standards.Requirements include a minimum of 2 years of experience in a licensed childcare center, strong knowledge of early childhood education standards and best practices, proven leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and strong organizational skills.The Learning Experience has been a trusted name in early childhood education for over a decade, dedicated to nurturing young minds.
