We are seeking a Product Data Scientist to join our team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams. In this role, you will be responsible for generating actionable insights, shaping product direction, and driving experimentation to optimize platform performance. Your expertise will help define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for growth. You will design and evaluate A/B tests, develop measurement frameworks, and create scalable data products and tools to support decision-making across the organization. Additionally, you will serve as a key collaborator, advocating for a data-driven culture and effectively communicating complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
