Providing a safe environment, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to our customers is the foremost focus of our operations.If you’re looking to jump into the driver's seat and join the fast track to career opportunities, look no further than our TEAM at Q3C!We are currently seeking concrete finishers in the NE, IA, and SD areas!!CONCRETE FINISHER – NE – SD - IAA successful candidate will meet the following qualifications:Assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantles forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, or formGrade dirt and concrete efficiently andClean construction site to eliminate possibleAssist to align, straighten, plumb and square forms forBuild curbAbility to understand current and changing ADAPrepare, form and pour proper ADA compliant ramps that pass inspection prior to pour and after completion. Ability to communicate effectively with inspectors andCollaborate and teach crew members to successfully restore ADADependable and able to perform physically demanding work while being exposed to outside weather conditions; specifically, standing for extended periods of time. Able to successfully pass pre-employment and random drug testing per company policy and Federal Department of Transportation regulationsAble to lift up to 100 pounds on a daily and continual basisCurrent driver’s license with no restrictionsWilling to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety regulationsDistance and peripheral visionAble to work overtime as dictated by workload volumesWillingness to travel as neededPreferred Requirements:Possession of Commercial Driver's license (CDL) or willingness to obtain company paid CDL. Ability to obtain company paid Federal Medical CardClose vision may be required for some functionsWork EnvironmentEmployees will be subject to outside weather conditions such as humidity, cold, heat, moisture, and wind.
