A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (US Startup Program).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for AI startups, guiding them in designing and deploying Neo4j-based architectures
Help startups design and implement LLM-enabled solutions using Neo4j and promote repeatable solution patterns
Own the ongoing technical relationship with assigned startups, tracking progress and facilitating successful production adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong hands-on experience with Neo4j or other graph databases, including data modeling and performance tuning
Background in solutions engineering, solution architecture, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Experience or strong interest in AI/LLMs and familiarity with modern AI tooling
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
