You are committed to the highest level of care as you administer medications and perform treatments. You are conscientious about keeping all records up-to-date and accurate. Using your excellent leadership skills, you also direct the day-to-day tasks of the CNAs. You always encourage an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for each of our Residents.
