Construction Superintendent

Overview NH Projects is a Los Angeles based General Contracting Firm, specializing in the realization of complex and highly specified Residential Construction projects of architectural and interior design significance. NH Projects is hiring for a full-time Construction Superintendent with 7+ years of experience. We have projects in Los Angeles, Malibu & Ojai. Responsibilities Day-to-day field supervision Scheduling & Management of subcontractors among all trades Trade coordination between subcontractors for smooth integration and alignment Communication with Project Team Collaboration with Owner’s Team, Architects, and Consultants RFI and Submittal Submissions Shop Drawing Review Preferred Experience Field experience in custom-residential preferred (Commercial experience to be considered) Knowledge of all subcontractor trades Experience with complex architectural details and installations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
