We are proud of the team-oriented and employee-empowered business approach that defines our unique character.DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:Provide exceptional client service and manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting at Helix ElectricLead or partner on cross-functional projects that benefit the broader Recruiting or HR organizationLead the development and management of an array of strategies and action plans to meet short and long-term recruiting and sourcing needs and objectives of the organization/location supportedMonitor and report on the progress and success of strategies, plans and programs through the utilization of metrics and SLA'sServe as point of contact to leaders within the Lines of Business for all recruiting mattersCreate and implement strategic sourcing and recruiting strategies to meet client needsInitiate, develop and maintain strong working relationships with managers, HR Business Partners, and other HR team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibilityConduct complete and detailed intake sessions, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirementsIdentify opportunities to positively impact diversity hiring effortsBuild an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictateMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit as requiredVisit job sites to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture, talent needs, and to foster relationshipsUse effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness on correspondenceStay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practicesQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience for positions ranging from technical field, individual contributor, and leadership roles within the construction industryConstruction industry knowledge is a mustCollaborative and consultative in working with hiring leaders to drive synergies during the hiring processExperience with government regulations relating to hiring practices, including but not limited to: OFCCP, EEO, and Affirmative ActionExperience or familiarity with applicant tracking systemsAbility to interface with all professional levels in a complex environment while driving resultsAbility to effectively problem solve and assist with process improvementThis position involves some travel between our branches in Las Vegas, Reno, and Salt Lake City.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.For further information, please review theKnow Your Rightsnotice from the Department of Labor.
