Your role will include:Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care across all age groupsPerforming triage according to the Emergency Severity Index (ESI) 5 level triage processDocumenting and maintaining an ED record that reflects all nursing care providedCollaborating with providers, peers, and ancillary departments for optimum patient carePrioritizing patient care to ensure timely and quality deliveryMonitoring life support and automated technical equipmentAdministering IV fluids, blood products, and other treatmentsResponding to crises in a calm and efficient mannerMaintaining equipment and suppliesProviding educational experiences for emergency providers and studentsRequirements for this role include:Two-year degree in nursing required; four-year degree preferredCurrent Wisconsin Registered Nursing license or active Compact LicensureCurrent BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications; ATCN preferredExceptional accuracy and attention to detailNeed 2 years experience in settingApply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
