Lead Clinical Excellence Across Our CommunitiesAt The Heritage and The Gardens, the Clinical Nurse Director plays a vital leadership role in shaping the quality and consistency of care across our Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. Working under the direction of the Executive Director, this RN leader ensures clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, and exceptional resident outcomes while mentoring and guiding care teams to deliver compassionate, high-quality service every day. This is a full-time, exempt leadership position with 25% travel between communities.????What You'll DoCommunity LeadershipConduct assessments for new admissions and ongoing resident evaluationsOversee care plans, resident follow-up, and hospital transitions/re-admissionsCoordinate care with physicians, pharmacies, and external providersFoster strong resident and family relationships to maintain high satisfactionTeam LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and manage all care-related staffEnsure appropriate staffing coverage and clinical oversightProvide and oversee in-service training, including CBRF requirements (DHS 83)Communicate critical clinical updates to the Executive DirectorQuality & ComplianceOversee medication management, MAR documentation, and care plan accuracyDelegate nursing tasks appropriately and supervise medication techniciansLead quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and survey preparednessEnsure compliance with DHS 83, DHS 89, and internal policiesResponsibility & OversightMaintain regulatory compliance and reporting standardsParticipate in on-call rotation and emergency response proceduresUphold resident rights, confidentiality, and safety at all timesReport incidents, concerns, or regulatory issues per policyWhat You'll NeedGraduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensureMinimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing care community, or related healthcare settingKnowledge of DHS 83 and 89 regulations preferredStrong leadership, team-building, and supervisory skillsProven ability to maintain high resident satisfactionExcellent communication skills with residents, families, physicians, regulatory agencies, and community partnersStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, holidays, emergencies, and on-call responsibilitiesAbility to meet physical requirements of the role, including assisting during emergency situations????
