Senior Litigation & Pre-Litigation ParalegalLocation: Los Angeles, CA (On-Site) Hybrid after 90 days*Experience: 5+ Years California Civil Litigation (Required)Role Type: High-Impact Case ManagementOn behalf of our client, a distinguished Los Angeles-based plaintiff's firm, we are seeking elite Senior Litigation & Pre-Litigation Paralegals. These are strategic, "full-cycle" roles designed for a desk-ready professionals who serves as the tactical backbone of a high-performance trial team.Own the full lifecycle of high-value civil matters; maintain a proactive "master view" of all statutory deadlines and litigation milestones.Manage the transition from Pre-Litigation demand phases through the complexities of active Litigation and Trial.Independently draft, review, and proofread discovery sets, meet-and-confer letters, and complex motions requiring a deep understanding of the merits.Lead all phases of litigation support, including exhibit curation, witness coordination, and filing in both State and Federal courts.Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, expert witnesses, and defense counsel.The Profile: *California Mastery is a Must*5+ Years of CA Civil Litigation Experience: Senior-level expertise in a Plaintiff-side environment is preferred.Sharp attention to citation checking, tabling documents, and calendar accuracy.Highly confident in paperless workflows and modern case management software (Filevine, Clio, etc.).On-Site Presence: This is an on-site position in Los Angeles to facilitate collaboration.
