Project Manager – Medical Affairs, Evidence Generation

Job Description: Oversee the high-level plans and progress of MA&EG Indication & Pipeline teams from early development through commercialization.Partner with the MA&EG Indication & Pipeline Lead and the Functional Leads and Subject Matter Experts (SME).Drive strategic alignment, integrated medical planning, governance clarity and operational excellence across MA&EG.Manage operational oversight for IEGPs and other strategic medical plans to ensure delivery of MA&EG Asset and Indication objectives, goals, strategies, measures (OGSM).Support planning and execution for KOL engagements, advisory boards, and scientific external interactions.Maintain team repositories, folders, shared drives, and distribution lists to support collaboration and transparency.Requirements: Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in health-related discipline or equal by experience.At least 5 years of project management experience in distinct phases of development, in different disease areas, preferably post approval phase, phase 4 and real world evidence studies.At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural and on global project teams.Strong project management skills; broad exposure to Medical Affairs process; advanced planning experience with Project Management Tools.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is an advantage.Strong verbal and written English communication skills (English primary fluency or full professional proficiency).Benefits: Health insurance401(k) matchingPaid time offFlexible working hoursProfessional development opportunities
