Manage purchasing for domestic and overseas suppliers Plan inventory and prevent stockouts using GMDH Streamline MRP software analyzing forecasts vs. actual usage.Issue and track purchase orders in NetSuite, ensuring alignment with forecasts and open sales demand Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays (e.g., CNY impacts, capacity constraints) Oversee import logistics (containers, freight, customs) Coordinate with carriers and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery Track shipments and communicate ETAs internally Maintain accurate purchasing and inventory data in NetSuite; oversee a data entry coordinator handling updates, factory follow-ups, and customer container order updates.Oversee international shipping (FCL/LCL), including booking, documentation, and customs clearance Coordinate with freight forwarders, ocean carriers, and customs brokers
