HTML/CSS Data Training Technical QA Lead Work SnapshotJob Type: ContractLocation: Remote (United States)Compensation: $40 $80 per hourCommitment: Flexible / project-based (hourly) Roles & ResponsibilitiesReview HTML/CSS tasks and front-end code submissions for correctness, responsiveness, semantic structure, readability, and adherence to project guidelinesEvaluate layout structure, CSS organization, component architecture, accessibility, and front-end performance considerationsProvide detailed and constructive feedback on code quality while escalating critical technical or process issues when necessaryMaintain high-quality standards for front-end AI training data and realistic web development examplesCommunicate project updates, clarifications, and support information to trainers and QA contributorsMonitor contributor activity and proactively engage inactive team members to resolve blockers and improve participationCreate and maintain documentation including style guides, review checklists, component examples, trackers, FAQs, and onboarding materialsOrganize and conduct onboarding sessions and training calls focused on front-end quality standards and review expectations RequirementsEducation: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field5+ years of experience in HTML/CSS with strong expertise in building and maintaining real-world front-end interfaces and responsive web pagesExperience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks or libraries such as React, Vue, or Angular along with strong understanding of semantic HTML, CSS structuring, accessibility, and performance best practicesStrong analytical and code review skills with the ability to systematically evaluate complex front-end tasks and maintain high attention to detailExcellent English communication skills (C1 or above) for documentation, async collaboration, and feedback delivery across global teamsLeadership mindset with the ability to work independently, mentor contributors, maintain QA standards, and support trainer engagement throughout the review process
